Privacy Policy
Effective October 10, 2026 · Last updated October 10, 2026
Klover Group LLC ("Klover Group", "we", "us") runs a small set of online businesses: the PetalMorrow shop on Etsy (print-on-demand art and gifts), freelance creative services offered through marketplaces such as Fiverr and Upwork, and the tools we use to run them, including our PetalMorrow Publisher app for Pinterest. This policy explains what personal information we handle in those businesses, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Shop orders. When you buy from PetalMorrow on Etsy, Etsy shares the details we need to fulfill your order: your name, shipping address, the items you ordered and any personalization or messages you send us. Payment is handled by Etsy; we never receive your card details.
- Freelance clients. When you hire us through Fiverr, Upwork or directly, we receive your name or username, your messages, and the files and instructions you provide for the project.
- Business contacts. We may contact businesses and creators using contact details they publish for business purposes, such as an email address on a public website. We keep a record of who we contacted and whether they asked not to be contacted again.
- Our Pinterest app. PetalMorrow Publisher connects only to our own Pinterest business account. It stores the access tokens Pinterest issues to that account and reads and creates boards and Pins on it. It does not collect information about other Pinterest users.
- This website. This page sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Like any web server, our hosting provider may briefly log technical data such as IP addresses to keep the site secure.
How we use it
- To make, ship and support the products you order, and to answer your questions.
- To deliver freelance work you hired us for and to communicate about it.
- To publish Pins of our own products to our own Pinterest boards. Each Pin is reviewed and approved by a person before it is published.
- To send occasional business outreach emails. Every such email identifies the sender and explains how to opt out, and we honor opt-out requests permanently.
- To keep business, tax and accounting records required by law, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
We use software tools, including AI tools, to help create designs, product listings, written work and drafts. We tell freelance clients when AI is used in their work.
How we share it
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share information only with the service providers that help us run these businesses, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Etsy (our storefront) and Printify, with its print partners and shipping carriers, to produce and deliver orders.
- Fiverr and Upwork, for work arranged on those marketplaces.
- Pinterest, for Pins we publish to our own account.
- Our email, hosting and AI providers, which process data on our behalf.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
How long we keep it
We keep order and client records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet tax and legal obligations, generally up to seven years. Outreach records are kept for up to two years, except that we keep opt-out requests indefinitely so we never contact that address again. Pinterest access tokens are kept only while our app is connected, and are deleted when it is disconnected.
How we protect it
Information we hold is stored on systems we control, with access limited to the people and tools that run our businesses. Credentials and access tokens are kept in restricted files and are never published. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law. You can opt out of business outreach at any time by replying "stop" or by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and you may contact your local data protection authority.
Children
Our businesses are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our businesses change. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
